Casey Jameson appointed as Chief Talent Officer and Phillip Goericke promoted to Chief Technology Officer

Jameson brings exceptional experience in cultivating talent and shaping corporate cultures, having previously served as Chief People Officer at StoryBuilt and Stack Sports, as well as Head of Human Resources at DrillingInfo. Jameson is responsible for leading NMI’s talent management, strategic workforce planning, people development and organizational culture.

Goericke has over 15 years of engineering experience and has served as NMI’s Senior Vice President of Engineering since joining the company in 2022. In his new role as Chief Technology Officer, Goericke oversees NMI’s world-class engineering team and will spearhead the company’s technology vision and strategy as well as leading research and development.
